Description
James Pigot & Company were draughtsmen, engravers and publishers in London 1811 and in Manchester 1821. They returned to London 1824-1829.
Their work includes British Atlas 1828 (editions to 1842), London and Prov. New Direct, 1827, Pocket Topographer 1835 and Comm. Director Scotland 1825-6. They continued as Pigot & Son and were succeeded by Slater 1829.
